OCTA Student Living, WARWICK

On the edge of University of Warwick campus, OCTA is a 544-bed PBSA scheme with a 4000sqft commercial unit.

This 3-6 storey development has been forward-funded by KKR and will be managed by Fresh Student Living.

Our contractor, Winvic Construction Ltd, started on site in March 2025 and is due to complete the project in the summer of 2027.

320 cluster bedrooms and 224 studios are served by generous amenity spaces and private courtyards.
