Centurion House, Bath

Working alongside Bath Cricket Club, Gilltown brought forward proposals for a replacement cricket practice facility and student accommodation to be built over a repurposed car park. The development provided the Cricket Club with a modernised car park, ECB and Sport England compliant facilities and a gymnasium. The student accommodation was secured by the University of Bath and features en-suite cluster bedrooms and double occupancy studios, many of which have fantastic views across the pitch.

The 135-bedroom development and cricket school was completed in 2022.
