A dedicated Accommodation Management Team will be appointed to run this student development. We are able to select from a number of companies within the industry, all with a proven track record of successfully managed schemes with a wealth of experience in looking after these particular types of residents and properties. The scheme will have dedicated on-site staff, fully monitored CCTV coverage and significant head office and facilities management support
All of our properties are ANUK accredited, which means that we provide a high standard of living to all students. Accreditation is the voluntary compliance by private landlords with good standards in the condition and management of their properties and their relationships with their tenants.
Safe and Secure
We take security and safety seriously. Heat and smoke detectors are fitted throughout all of our properties.
24 hour CCTV is installed around the buildings. Entry to our student accommodation is via electronic access systems operated by cards, fobs or number pads. We also provide out of hour emergency contact numbers and our alarm systems are linked to 24/7 security to ensure a rapid response.
Student Wardens
As well as our accommodation teams, student wardens are based on site for any out of hours assistance/emergencies. They are fully trained in First Aid and Fire. As students themselves, they can also relate to the tenants and offer help and advice where possible.
